Overview

AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Digital Analytics Manager to be part of the Marketing Analytics & Optimization team who will drive value through digital analytic, website testing, personalization, voice of customer (VoC) and session replay. In this role the individual will ensure data collection by implementing needed tracking; design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards; conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to improve the business. This individual will have a vital role in ensuring analytical best practices across digital assets and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Identify digital analytics and optimization needs for websites and apps.
  • Work with IT to implement needs to ensure needed data capture and code deployment.
  • Design, develop, distribute and support reports and dashboards to meet the needs of the marketing team and other stakeholders.
  • Handel all clickstream and funnel reporting and analysis.
  • Conduct analysis of the digital data to find areas of opportunity and work cross-functionally to roadmap, rollout and measure website tests to improve key functionality.
  • Build and manage digital segments and marketing acquisition tracking.
  • Implement and manage tags and code on multiple websites using a tag management tool.
  • Work with business teams to gain a rich understanding of their business, analytical, and reporting needs, including the identification of critical metrics and KPIs.
  • Document analytics requirements and strategy for projects and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience working in an ecommerce or analytics role.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics required.
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager or other tag manager required.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tool is a plus.
  • SQL skills are a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to meet important deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Flexible and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
