Indiana University Human Resources is seeking a forward-thinking candidate for an HR Business Partner at the level of Human Resources Leader-Sr. Operational. Reporting to the Sr. HR Director for University Administration, this position will work as an embedded HR professional within Capital Planning and Facilities (CPF), collaborating directly with and supporting CPF leadership. The HR Business Partner will lead a team of other committed HR professionals and be responsible for the development and execution of the Human Capital Strategy for CPF.

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.

$95,000 - $102,000 based on qualifications and experience
