With our eyes set on the future, we are looking for an energetic, outcome-oriented Talent Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team and play a pivotal role in attracting top talent to support our organization's growth in the US region. As a Senior Talent Recruiter, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing offer negotiations and onboarding. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
  • Employ various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and potential for success.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and conducting reference checks.
  • Lead offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.

Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:

  • Represent the company's employer brand effectively to attract top talent. Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Enhance and optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Talent Acquisition Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on recruitment activities, metrics, and progress to share with hiring managers and senior leadership.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on recruitment-related matters.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and talent assessment.

Recruitment Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in talent acquisition.

What will you need to succeed in this role?

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent to meet business needs.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment and sourcing.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting candidates for various roles in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Solid knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices. Experience in utilizing recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing tools.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
