Job Description

As a strategic and trusted advisor, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a vital role in supporting our healthcare workforce. You’ll work closely with leaders and employees across departments to align human resources strategies with business objectives. In this dynamic environment, you’ll drive talent initiatives, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational development—ensuring our people are as cared for as our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a consultant to department leaders on human resource-related strategies including talent planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Employee Relations: Proactively address employee concerns, coach managers, and lead investigations in accordance with labor laws and internal policies to foster a respectful and compliant work environment.
  • Change Management: Partner with stakeholders to support organizational transformation, including structure redesign, process changes, and cultural evolution.
  • Workforce Planning & Analytics: Analyze HR metrics to influence staffing decisions, forecast talent needs, and improve organizational performance.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with HR team and business leaders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
  • Solid knowledge of federal and state employment laws and healthcare-specific regulations
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations matters with discretion and integrity
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification (preferred)
