About the Role

You will be part of a global team responsible for reviewing, articulating, and supporting the negotiation of cyber security contractual language – whilst building and maintaining client trust in PwC’s global information and cyber security control framework.

You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:

• Participating in the review and negotiation of client contractual documentation such as Engagement Letters, Master Service Agreements, and Statements of Work
• You will collaborate and manage relationships with contributors from multiple teams - including technical subject matter experts and business teams
• You will contribute to the development of new subject matter and technical domain expertise in the context of client interactions and contract reviews
• You will identify and support initiatives to continually improve the service and identify opportunities to improve both effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements in our Client & Interactions team, your impact will be seen by:

• Demonstrating minimum 2+ years' experience in IT Security, GRC, Privacy or IT Audit
• Your understanding of IT security management frameworks, especially ISO 27001, and how they are applied in the context of IT management frameworks and related systems and processes
• Exposure from Legal background in information security / cyber security law
• Applying functional knowledge of audits, customer or client interactions and contracts in the context of a broader understanding of information security requirements and privacy laws and regulations
• Resolving complex issues and conflicting interests with diplomacy or recognizing when issues need to be escalated
• Effectively cross cultural/region/country communicating and leveraging experience working in an environment that crosses various regions and countries
• Possessing the ability to respond to challenging situations with a pragmatic approach towards solutions
• Working under your own initiative and taking ownership and execute tasks with autonomy

The minimum salary for a Senior Associate in this role is AUD 85,700.00 including superannuation. Manager/Senior Manager/Director positions will receive a salary range above this in line with the salary bands for these positions.
