As part of our VTS business, our PRV team is primarily focused on the design, manufacture, delivery and support of protected mobility vehicles on a global scale. We are very proud of everything we do in support of both the Bushmaster and Hawkei platforms as we all work together towards our purpose.
YOUR ROLE:
A great opportunity has become available for a Supportability Manager to join our Protective Vehicles business. The Supportability Manager is responsible for service optimisation of the protected mobility fleet of Bushmaster and Hawkei vehicles. This includes planning, conduct and evaluation of supportability analyses to identify efficiencies and improvements in the PRV support system. The Supportability Manager will collaborate with various functions including maintenance, engineering, industry and program management to develop a performance measurement framework and identify sources of trusted data.
The Supportability Manager will take a strategic “Whole of Life” approach including consideration of total cost of ownership, maximising availability and simplifying the PRV support solution. The incumbent will deliver written reports, present their activities and findings to program leadership and the customer and will lead through example and education of program staff. Proactive, advanced organisation and communication skills will be essential to success in the role.
