Job description

Position Summary

As a Recruitment Client Services Director (Project Director), you will be responsible for strategic and operational management of client solutions across a Global Account and team. The two primary responsibilities of the role are ensuring excellence in service delivery and driving organic growth across the full depth and breadth of Korn Ferry services. In addition, you will lead, grow and develop a team of experienced account/project managers and delivery teams to provide consistent service quality.

Leadership across the globe for this top tier client will be key in this role, with a complex team and processes that need improving. Strong stakeholder management will ensure you are a sympathetic ear while also assertively adhering to the contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client revenues including P&L responsibility
  • Assist with any implementation problems in the region, liaising extensively with key stakeholders to provide them assurance and troubleshoot any teething problems
  • Realize opportunities for efficiencies in solution execution and implement innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Deliver services with high levels of client satisfaction to ensure client references and testimonials
  • Provides timely updates to client management, stakeholders and/or executive sponsors
  • Manage and set strategic direction with clients through quarterly and annual reviews
  • Advise clients on market trends, best practices and opportunities for improvement and/or corrective action
  • Lead, design and implement talent acquisition solutions for new solutions
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across Korn Ferry International to solve client Talent Management needs and identify opportunities for portfolio growth
  • Drives organic growth within account portfolio and wins new client business in conjunction with Business Development teams

Skills and Experience

  • 5 years of senior leadership or director level experience in talent acquisition, human resources or consulting, with the proven ability to manage large teams across multiple geographies, ideally from a global perspective
  • 14 years of recruitment experience
  • Proven track record of success leading and motivating managers
  • Results focused with a track record of KPI achievement and upselling to client stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional customer service focus, including producing quality results through weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for both the client and internal stakeholders
  • Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various clients simultaneously
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge experience of Excel and/or similar reporting tools
  • Self-initiative along with the ability to respond quickly to client requests
  • Willing and able to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with change
  • Working across client groups globally is essential
