Role Overview:

Our dynamic Internal Platform team builds and maintains a robust and scalable platform that underpins Collectors’ engineering teams by providing IT, Networking, CloudOps, DevOps, Database, and QA best practices in turn enabling rapid, secure and stable application delivery

We are looking for a skilled NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. You will manage our NetSuite environment, provide support, implement customizations, and drive operational efficiencies through NetSuite leading practices. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs, optimize workflows, and enhance reporting capabilities.

What You'll Do:

• Own and lead all aspects of NetSuite ERP implementation, configuration, and upgrades across key modules including Financials, Inventory, WMS, Order Management, CRM, and Revenue Management.
• Administer and continuously optimize the NetSuite platform, managing system performance, data integrity, user roles/permissions, audits, and security best practices.
• Support and train end-users, serving as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related issues, documentation, troubleshooting, and functional guidance.
• Design and implement NetSuite customizations, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder, while developing advanced searches, dashboards, and reports.
• Lead integration efforts between NetSuite and third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, Stripe, logistics platforms, analytics tools) using middleware and custom solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
• Act as a strategic NetSuite advisor, driving best practices, continuous improvement, and stakeholder alignment across systems and processes.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Consultant, Business Analyst, or in a similar ERP-focused role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• NetSuite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant) preferred.
• Proven track record in supporting and enhancing NetSuite ERP in fast-paced, enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of core business processes across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management.
• Comfort with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and data management tools for NetSuite.
• Excellent communication skills to provide training, user support, and best practice recommendations.
• Effective communicator, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and train users at various skill levels.
• Detail-oriented and thorough in system management, process documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle and collaboration with technical teams.
