  • Using your experience, you'll lead the development of Process & Instrumentation Drawings (P&IDs), control narratives, specifications, network drawings, panel drawings, and instrument selection.
  • You’ll coordinate with other engineering disciplines for a cohesive design.
  • You’ll contribute to the development and growth of people (e.g., mentoring junior engineers) both domestically and globally.
  • You’ll be able to develop control system software in Programmable Logic Controllers and Human Machine Interfaces, and perform facility startups and commissioning activities.
  • You will have the opportunity to review construction submittals, conduct site evaluations, make recommendations for control system upgrades, and communicate effectively with clients and management, enhancing your professional network and experience as you travel.

Here's what you'll need

  • I&C Systems Integration design experience
  • Process & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) development
  • I/O list development
  • Instrumentation selection
  • Control panel layout and wiring
  • Detailed loop wiring diagrams
  • PLC equipment list development
  • Ability to mentor, train, and delegate work to others domestically and abroad
  • Ability to work outside normal work hours at times to coordinate with global team members
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • 10+ years' of experience
  • Water infrastructure Instrumentation & Controls Systems design experience
  • Active Professional Engineer (P.E.)
  • Experience with PLCs and HMI programming software
  • Experience with MCC and VFD control requirements
  • Proficiency in Instrumentation and Controls
  • Familiarity with onsite startup operations

Posted Salary Range: Minimum

120,400.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

158,025.00

And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock.

The base salary range for this position is $120,400.00 to $158,025.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
