The Role
Our role will give you a chance to build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties including Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders. Ready for a challenge? We would like to talk with you!
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll play a crucial part in our Talent Acquisition process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at every step. Your responsibilities will focus on managing candidate databases, scheduling interviews, coordinating communication and facilitating the onboarding process. You'll focus on maintaining candidate records, tracking progress, and providing administrative support to the recruitment team.
Key Accountabilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, assessments, and other selection processes, and coordinating candidate logistics.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all recruitment activities, including candidate information, interview feedback, and other relevant data, in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Coordinate and manage candidate onboarding processes, including background checks, reference checks, and employment offers.
- Prepare and send offer letters, contracts, and other recruitment-related documentation to candidates and stakeholders.
- Manage the bulk scheduling's and update recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards to provide timely and accurate data for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of recruitment processes and provide excellent candidate experience.
- Support the recruitment team in managing recruitment campaigns, job postings, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies in handling candidate and recruitment-related data.
- Stay updated with recruitment best practices, industry trends, and relevant regulations, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Skills & Experience
You’ll need to demonstrate:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in recruitment administration, preferably in an RPO or similar environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS Office, and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Professional certifications in HR or recruitment administration (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS, etc.) are a plus.
