Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. This role involves writing detailed descriptions of processing operations, performing investigations on batch records, and providing status updates to the team. The Technical Writer will assist with Quality investigations, create and review discrepancy reports for timely product release, and work cross-functionally with other business units and QA and QC teams.

Responsibilities

  • Write detailed descriptions of processing operations.
  • Perform investigations on batch records.
  • Provide status updates to the team.
  • Assist with Quality investigations.
  • Create and review discrepancy reports to ensure timely product release.
  • Work cross-functionally with other business units and QA and QC teams.
  • Expedite closure of discrepancy reports.
  • Manage electronic batch records.
  • Collaborate with MRB on discrepancies.
  • Perform impact assessments.
  • Write discrepancy notifications.

Essential Skills

  • Technical documentation
  • Writing skills
  • Content writing
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Word
  • Investigation skills
  • Knowledge of SAP

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years related experience required
  • Pharmaceutical or medical device experience strongly preferred
  • In-depth investigation/technical writing experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $55.00/hr.
