Schedule Details:
1500-2330 with an every third weekend rotation. Holidays rotation required.
16 hours/week
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, the health unit coordinator (HUC) provides clerical and receptionist support for patient care areas. Facilitates communication that supports patient care. Demonstrates effective behaviors as outlined in the organization-wide core competencies.
If hired attendance will be required the first week at a New Hire Welcome day on Monday from 9a-4p. There are 3 days of central care partner orientation from 8a-4:30p on Tuesday, Wed and Thursday that first week. We prefer participation in all the sessions, but at minimum, the Thursday session is mandatory.

Medical-Oncology Pediatric Critical Care W5
Medical-Oncology Pediatric Critical Care Unit is a 24-bed multispecialty intensive care unit. Children on this unit may have a respiratory illness, sepsis, or be a bone marrow transplant or oncology patient requiring an intensive level of medical and nursing management.
