Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional, large-scale programs from concept to execution, with accountability for strategy alignment, planning, and measurable results.
  • Translate high-level business and product objectives into integrated program plans, processes, and outcomes that enable organizational success.
  • Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities, and design innovative, data-driven solutions.
  • Develop program frameworks and governance models that support long-term scalability, efficiency, and clarity across OCI teams.
  • Drive communication and alignment across diverse technical and business audiences, including writing leadership reviews and executive-facing proposals.
  • Iterate on program processes and systems, introducing automation, telemetry, and best practices that accelerate delivery and improve organizational agility.
  • Apply strategic thinking and systems-level analysis to solve ambiguous problems with long-term implications.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, strategy execution, or business operations at scale.
  • Proven ability to lead large, ambiguous initiatives with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with senior engineering, product, and executive leaders.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills, including experience delivering briefings to senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of using data to drive decisions.
  • Deep understanding of planning, execution, and tracking methodologies for complex programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master’s degree in a technical or analytical discipline.
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure, platform services, or large-scale enterprise systems.
  • Passion for optimizing organizational performance through process innovation and technical insight.
  • Experience building or leading programs that intersect business operations, engineering, and customer impact.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $104,100 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
