Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused Assistant Vice President (AVP) to join our Frontline Program Management (FPM) team. This role is ideal for a consulting-minded professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving enterprise-wide impact. As an individual contributor, you will lead the development and implementation of demand and capacity management capabilities, support high-priority initiatives, and partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Head of FPM and the broader Transformation & Delivery organization to enhance project and program management capabilities.
  • Design and implement a scalable demand and capacity management framework to intake, prioritize, and allocate FPM resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with partner organizations to forecast demand, assess team capacity, and align delivery to drive realization of target outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide transparency into demand trends, resource utilization, and delivery performance.
  • Frame complex business problems and opportunities using structured thinking, data analysis, and strategic insight
  • Lead or oversee priority project management efforts for FPM initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
  • Act as a change agent to promote adoption of FPM practices and broader transformation efforts.
  • Support the creation of materials for Executive-level audiences on a variety of strategic topics.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and recommend actionable solutions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience with project delivery, internal consulting or management consulting
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with ambiguity
  • Keen ability to manage large sets of tasks and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects requests of various size and scope
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Miro, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio, MS Suite, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Experience in a top-tier consulting firm or internal strategy/delivery function is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; business, finance, or analytics discipline preferred

Pay Range:

$96,788-$161,313/year

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
