The Opportunity

This position works out of our Alajuela, Coyol location in the CRM division. As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats.

As the CRM Business Process Analyst, you’ll have the chance to maintenance of the business systems and processes aligned with divisional business requirements and corporate ERP and EDI strategies. Manage and maintenance of the master data is a substantial part of the job. Support CRM Customer Service future growth of the organization by facilitating fast cross-functional change opportunities through increased process efficiency, quality and transparency.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor SAP set up and take corrective and preventive actions based on monitoring activities (open orders, deliveries, blocked revenue, material master, customer master)
  • Daily handling and coordination of requests and inquiries from CRM Customer Service team (including investigation, testing and feedback to initiator), ensuring order to billing completion (RNI Report)
  • Develop and maintain SAP & process training material for local and central use: Standard Operating Procedures, SAP procedures, Training material
  • Create operational efficiencies through automation (for master data management, transactional processing and reporting) and guarantee integration of new business requirements into ERP and other systems: EDI, SalesForce, ESKER and SAP.
  • Performs analysis to identify root cause of failures and facilitates cross-functional efforts and activities to correct the root cause.

Onsite position

Shift: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00pm

During daylight saving the schedule is from Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, Engineering, Economics, International business or related field of study
  • Experience in similar position as Customer Service Analyst / Business Process Improvement Analyst.
  • Experience with Microsoft office tools, such as: Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Point, Word.
  • Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish) / Required (C1)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service within the Medical Device Industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as: (SAP, Salesforce, Esker, EDI) is an asset.
  • Project Management experience is a plus.
