We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Snr Technical Recruiter to join our global talent acquisition team. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across multiple regions, partnering with hiring managers and HR leaders to attract top-tier talent in engineering, IT, and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across North America and international markets.
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, and engage passive candidates using a variety of tools and platforms.
• Drive a high-touch candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Use data and metrics to influence hiring decisions and improve recruitment strategies.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to global TA initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a multinational or high-growth environment.
• Proven success sourcing and closing candidates in software engineering, cloud, data, or cybersecurity domains.
• Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
