About the Team
Our team is dedicated to building products that allow enterprises to take advantage of the most innovative products in open source – bringing the usability, manageability and security that enterprise users expect. As the Nutanix product set evolves from its origins to a more modern, containerized offering, this team is designing and building the next generation products that we and our customers will build upon. Our mission is to deliver an intelligent and secure cloud native platform that unleashes innovation, all while fostering a dynamic, collaborative environment that encourages creative problem-solving and operational efficiency.
You will report to the Senior Director of Product Management, who empowers team members to take ownership of their work and develop actionable plans independently. This approach focuses on outcome-based performance rather than just outputs, enabling team members to grow and adapt to challenges. The work setup is primarily on-site, requiring the new hire to be based in the Bengaluru office for at least 2 to 3 days a week, ideally every work day.
This role does not require extensive travel, occasional trips may be required for team meetings, conferences, or customer engagements. The primary focus will remain on local collaboration and project execution with an engineering team located in the Bengaluru office.
