POSITION PURPOSE:
Customer Training Scheduler schedules and performs logistics pertaining to flight training for one or more airplane model(s) and assists in forecasting optimal training schedules based upon strategic plan in alignment with Customers’ requirement and regulations.
This position will be hired initially on a 2-year fixed term contract.

Basic Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in scheduling for Airlines, Travel Agency, Hospitality industry
Experience adapting to changes in schedules and priorities, solving problems and generating alternative solution
Experience in Safety Management, Quality Management and Korea Flight regulations
Strong critical thinking, time management, communication and interpersonal skills
Work well independently as well as good team player
Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively among stakeholders
Location:
Incheon, and Seoul, South Korea (Primary location will be Incheon)
The selected candidate will be required to work on-site (with some flex) at Boeing Korea’s Incheon/Seoul office.
