  • Lead by example in maintaining high standards of presentation, quality, and consistency.
  • Support menu development with seasonal and innovative dessert concepts.
  • Train and guide junior pastry team members, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience in a pastry leadership role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of modern and classical pastry techniques.
