Job Summary:

Primarily responsible for the drafting, review, and negotiation of system contracts for supply chain (equipment and supplies), information technology (IT), non-clinical vendor services, etc. for Froedtert ThedaCare Health, Inc. (FTCH) internal contract stakeholders and other organization leaders, consistent with the FTCH mission, vision, and enterprise values.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Must have a minimum of 3-8 years of relevant contracting experience in a non-profit setting, or with a law firm that specializes in non-profit clientele, with strong preference being the hospital or health system setting.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school required.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Excellent oral and writing communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent legal research, with a strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to manage a range of legal matters. Ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable advice for the business teams. Self-starter capable of working independently and seeking direction as needed. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines will be necessary. Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite. Commitment, value, excellence, and professional development.

LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:

Licensed to practice law as in-house counsel and in good standing in the State of Wisconsin or be eligible to seek admission to practice in Wisconsin upon hire.
