PURPOSE OF POSITION
Administratively conducts the office preparation for standard and quality care. In charge of the delivery of business, office management, and maintains the record keeping.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Representation of department as a whole. Assist in preparation of events outdoor indoor ex: Forums Assist in providing support with special events, outreach and activities. Responsible for the operation of the (CAB), Community Advisory Board. checks, parking permits, food, meetings, requests, applications, minutes, emailing, mailing calling, updating etc.) Responsible for all scheduling of the department. Provide support to the director and department as needed. Responsible of reminders to the Director of Community Affairs Attend meeting that the director cannot make it to and provide minutes. Responsible for ensuring that the department operates in a smooth and professional manner at all times. Legislative Forum Assist with the Auxiliary Board when needed Assist with the Conference center when needed Other Duties as assigned.
1.Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Public Health, Public Administration, Business Administration, Social Work, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counseling; and one (1) year of full-time experience in medically oriented health care and medical support systems environment; or
2.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in disciplines listed in “1” above; and two (2) years of full-time experience in medically oriented health care and medical support systems environment; or
3.A satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience, in which each year of relevant training and/or experience can be substituted for 30 semester credits from an accredited college or university. However, all applicants must at least have a bachelor’s degree or its educational equivalent.
