We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our eCommerce Product team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.

What you'll be doing:

• Translate user needs and business goals into wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across product, engineering, and marketing to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Conduct usability testing, user interviews, or design critiques to refine features and inform the backlog.
• Apply and evolve the design system, ensuring consistent execution across platforms.
• Balance usability, accessibility, brand consistency, and performance in your designs.
• Incorporate insights from data, feedback, and market research into your design iterations.
• Advocate for the user and champion design best practices within the team.

What you need to succeed:

• 3–5 years of experience as a UX/UI designer working on digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and clean, user-focused UI designs.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Ability to manage end-to-end design delivery for features or journeys.
• Experience working within design systems and adhering to accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG).
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional teams.
• A growth mindset and openness to feedback.

Bonus If You Have

• Experience designing for e-commerce or consumer-facing platforms.
• Familiarity with product experimentation or A/B testing.
• Skills in motion design, micro-interactions, or content design.
