Delaware North is hiring a full-time Technical Business Analyst to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements and translating them into actionable work instructions for developers. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68,800 - $92,900 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the ServiceNow platform team, translating business and user requirements into clear, actionable work instructions and platform functionality
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate understanding of requirements, address questions, and align solutions with stakeholder expectations
  • Support testing and validation efforts, including user acceptance testing, to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet quality standards and business needs
  • Contribute to user experience and interface improvements, providing input to enhance usability and drive user adoption
  • Assist with organizational change management by supporting stakeholder communication, training documentation, and adoption planning for new ServiceNow features

More about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
  • ServiceNow certification a plus
  • Enterprise experience and perspective to drive platform adoption.
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with a strong focus on service management, ITSM, or related technical domains
  • Strong understanding of service management principles, processes, and technologies, including ServiceNow or similar platforms
  • Background in UX/UI design or user-centered design thinking
