ROLE SUMMARY

Accountable for contributing as a team member to the Incentive Compensation remit within China while enhancing service delivery continuity and quality
Responsible for applying technical knowledge and basic insights to support delivery of the below Incentive Compensation activities in China:
Reports to China Incentive Compensation Lead of Biopharma Ops
This role will be a key contributor within the Incentive Compensation – China.
