Job Description
The Operations Program Manager supporting our Printed Circuit Assembly Development line will be responsible for interfacing with the development OPMs ensuring schedule and priority commitments are understood and met in the Printed Circuit Assembly ( PCA ) department. This will include coordinating work required to get development jobs to the manufacturing line and scheduled to run. The development OPM will interface closely with the planning team and new product introduction engineering team in the PCA department to ensure priorities are communicated and need dates are met.
The development Operations Program Manager will track progress through the PCA shop once the job has started to ensure timely completion to need dates and commitments are met. This will include coordinating any necessary mods or engineering design changes are incorporated into the assemblies. This will require close coordination with quality and manufacturing to ensure all requirements are met.
Additionally, the PCA development OPM will be responsible for tracking and maintaining metrics around KPIs in the PCA department and working with the PCA team to take action when metrics do not meet the intended targets. KPIs can include but are not limited to on time delivery, delivered quality, Defects per unit, labor hours and WIP levels in the shop. The OPM will assess issues and develop resolutions with the team to meet productivity, quality, and department goals and objectives.
The Operations Program Manager (OPM ) will have excellent communication and organization skills. They must be a forward looking individual and be able to plan and understand how all parties come together to ensure goals are met. Whether the goals are on time delivery, quality or cost.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
4 year degree in Engineering discipline
Experience in quality, production and scheduling
Experience leading improvement efforts and project management
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Prior Operations Program Management experience
Experience maintaining and tracking production KPIs
Experience working between different organization in the business including ops engineering and program management
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $81500 - $138600

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
