Cater Care is seeking a dedicated and reliable Chef to enhance the culinary services for our residents at our esteemed aged care residence in Manly West, a beautiful bayside suburb known for its relaxed atmosphere and stunning waterfront views.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing & presenting food for our residents
• Support bulk cooking operations
• Provide excellent customer service
• Prepare and serve texture-modified foods according to dietary requirements
• Perform general kitchen duties, including dishwashing
• Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices

Your background:

• Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Punctuality & reliability
