As an Operations Manager Repair & Overhaul here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the entire spectrum of repair and overhaul maintenance operations for our organization. Responsibilities

In this role, you will impact the organization by:

• Leading and managing the repair and overhaul maintenance operations, overseeing all aspects of planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Developing and implementing repair and overhaul strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensuring strict compliance with repair and overhaul standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Managing and optimizing the repair and overhaul budget and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Providing expert technical guidance and support to the repair and overhaul team, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and specifications.
• Monitoring and analyzing repair and overhaul performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance processes continually.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6+ years of experience in repair and overhaul maintenance, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of repair and overhaul processes and methodologies.
• Experience with maintenance management systems and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• tSrong communication and leadership abilities.
• SAP experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience
