Director of Product Strategy, Advanced Brokerage
The Role:
We're seeking a Director of Product Strategy, Advanced Brokerage, to lead key initiatives for the growth of our sophisticated brokerage solutions within Fidelity Brokerage. This role will define the product vision, craft the roadmap, and lead key critical initiatives to significantly expand products and offerings, open new client segments, drive customer adoption, increase asset flows, and drive revenue growth.
As a key member of the Product Strategy team, we are seeking a strong contributor to develop the strategy for our Active Trader Pro/Trader+ trading platforms, margin, securities finance, and other offerings and capabilities targeting our most sophisticated trading customers. We are looking for someone who will collaborate closely with Enterprise partners, Fidelity Consulting, Strategy & Planning, Delivery, Technology/Architecture, Marketing, and Distribution teams to ensure solid execution. You'll also lead competitive research, financial analysis, opportunity sizing, and business case development of key strategic priorities.
This role reports to the Vice President, Product Strategy, Advanced Brokerage and is part of the Brokerage Customer and Product strategy organization responsible for commercializing our brokerage offering to drive growth within the self-directed investing markets and customer segments.

The Team:
Our team manages our existing brokerage product offerings by strategically driving the development, market launch and continual support and improvement of our brokerage products. We define and manage our customer and solution offering for the brokerage business and partner with Delivery, Distribution, and Enabling Teams to conceptualize, develop, launch, and evolve offerings to achieve business outcomes.
The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$169,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
