You’ll also play a critical part in test-driving vehicles with customers and advancing workflow in the shop, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct post-repair quality checks on serviced vehicles to ensure all work was completed to the highest standard
• Collaborate with technicians and advisors to resolve any deficiencies or outstanding items
• Test drive vehicles with customers and technicians when needed to verify concerns or completed work
• Prioritize and help advance vehicles through production, keeping the shop floor flowing smoothly
• Maintain accurate records and communicate updates clearly with team members and service leaders
• Support overall service team performance by ensuring quality and timely delivery of vehicles

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in automotive quality control, shop foreman work, or a related role (required)
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems and repair processes
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced service environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
