- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with core banking platforms
- Background in financial services industry with knowledge of core banking processes
- Strong skills in requirements engineering and working closely with technical teams
- Technically savvy to be comfortable navigating systems and solving complex problems
- Proficient in SQL with a solid grasp of relational databases to support data analysis and integration
- Skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders across tech, operations, and business functions
- Clear, structured communicator with strong influencing skills
- Experienced in Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum), JIRA, and Confluence
- Pragmatic mindset with a focus on delivering real value to clients
- Fluent in English
Nice to have:
- Experience with the Finnova core banking system
- Familiarity with cloud-native environments and infrastructure
- Basic programming knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineers
- Understanding of crypto integrations in banking (custody, tokenization, compliance)
- Proven track record in digital transformation or innovation projects in finance
