Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Pastry Sous Chef in managing daily pastry production and operations.
  • Create and execute a variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods for all outlets and events.
  • Lead by example in maintaining high standards of presentation, quality, and consistency.
  • Support menu development with seasonal and innovative dessert concepts.
  • Train and guide junior pastry team members, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience in a pastry leadership role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of modern and classical pastry techniques.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for flavour and design.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
