The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Responsible for ensuring strategic goals are met through forecast modeling, capacity planning, collaboration and effective communication while ensuring forecast alignment with strategic goals
- Responsible for the overall oversight of WFM tasks and strategies to include Forecasting and capacity planning, Scheduling, and Real-time monitoring.
- Interface with leaders to understand the fast-changing business needs and make updates where necessary
- Lead projects and improvements to drive efficiencies in the team
- Coordinates with third-party partners on the headcount requirements and monitors agency performance and compliance
- Conducts Monthly Business Performance Review with service providers to identify areas for development and improve attendance and productivity performance.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferably with prior experience in the Warehouse, E-commerce, Logistics field under a Workforce Planning and Management, Agency Management or Vendor Management
- Able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Keen to details and highly organized
- Knowledgeable with MS and Google Applications
- Willing to travel and amenable to be assigned in Cabuyao, Laguna
