Workplace Strategy and Change Management Senior Consultant

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced consultant who can expertly navigate both workplace strategy and change management disciplines. This dual-focused role will lead organizations through comprehensive workplace transformations, developing strategic workplace solutions while ensuring successful adoption through effective change management. The ideal candidate will leverage their background in architecture or real estate to create innovative workplace strategies and guide stakeholders through the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities

Workplace Strategy

  • Lead workplace strategy projects from initial diagnosis through implementation
  • Conduct workplace assessments, space utilization studies, and needs analyses
  • Develop tailored workplace solutions that align with organizational objectives
  • Create workplace guidelines, policies, and protocols
  • Analyze workplace data to inform strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure workplace concepts support business goals

Change Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies for workplace transformations
  • Create stakeholder engagement and communication plans to support workplace changes
  • Design and facilitate workshops to build understanding and consensus
  • Lead organizational readiness assessments and impact analyses
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support new ways of working
  • Create measurement systems to track adoption and effectiveness of workplace changes
  • Address resistance and provide coaching to leadership teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Real Estate, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in workplace strategy, change management, or a combination of both
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English (verbal and written)
  • Proven experience leading both the strategic development and people-focused implementation of workplace initiatives
  • Strong understanding of workplace design principles and change management methodologies
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Experience working with large corporate clients across diverse industries

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Change management certification (preferred)
  • Experience with activity-based working and hybrid workplace models
  • Data analysis and visualization capabilities
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in a global consulting environment
  • Knowledge of workplace technology solutions
  • Knowledge of architecture software
