Principal Product Manager, Integrations (Mailchimp)

Intuit

Job Overview

Mailchimp’s mission is to help small and mid-sized businesses grow through better marketing, data, and automation. Our Integrations Product team plays a critical role in making that possible by connecting customer data from the platforms our users already rely on — and turning that data into actionable signals across Mailchimp’s product surfaces.

We are hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead our ecommerce integrations strategy, with an initial focus on Shopify. This role will own the roadmap for one of Mailchimp’s highest-impact integration areas, responsible for enabling activation-ready signals that power campaigns, automations, insights, and AI experiences for our Digital Sales customers.

You’ll partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, GTM, and our external developer ecosystem to ensure Mailchimp is the best platform to grow with — no matter where a customer sells online.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for ecommerce integrations, starting with Shopify.
  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver seamless onboarding, signal ingestion, and post-connection experiences that reduce time-to-first-value for integrated customers.
  • Ensure Shopify data is deeply integrated and activated across Mailchimp surfaces (e.g., Journeys, Segmentation, Campaign Builder, Reporting) to accelerate time-to-value and drive measurable customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Analytics and GTM teams to define and measure impact — including customer activation, campaign ROI, and retention — and use those insights to prioritize roadmap investments.
  • Work closely with partner teams (e.g., Audience, Segmentation, Reporting, Onboarding) to ensure signal readiness and activation use cases are consistently supported.
  • Identify and escalate integration platform needs (e.g., API Core, Platform-infrastructure) to support vertical scaling and developer ecosystem expansion.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in product management, including leading API-driven integrations or platform products in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Proven track record building and scaling end-to-end product experiences — especially in ecommerce or marketing tech.
  • Strong familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem and broader commerce tools
  • Demonstrated success working across product, engineering, design, and GTM — with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data-fluent: comfortable working with signal-based metrics, usage analytics, and data models to inform prioritization and success measurement.
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation, customer data platforms, and the personalization/retargeting lifecycle.
  • Builder mindset: ability to create scalable frameworks and repeatable playbooks that support vertical expansion and partner success.
  • Undergraduate degree in business, technical, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.---
  • Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
  • Bay Area California $236,000 - $319,000
  • New York $232,500 - $314,500 This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
