Job Description

1. Plan, execute and manage both short and long term strategies to boost consumer sales production

2. Conduct research and analyze on sales performance, market and product trend

3. Devise and facilitate LT product training programs for each producer group (entry-level and experienced producers), target participants (producers, sales managers, and branch staff), and channels (Commercial, Consumer) respectively

4. Create sales promotion materials such as brochures, conceptual leaflets, training and meeting materials as well as share proxy partners’ product & training materials

5. Respond to branch offices’ inquiries on consumer sales (sales strategy, recommended products, product comparison etc.) and accompany sales activities for high net worth contracts

6. Develop and manage incentive plans to promote consumer sales performance

7. Support creation of career session materials and brochures for new producer recruitment

8. Manage database of sales-related materials for effective information sharing and announcements

9. Review deliberations on advertisements and promotion materials used in the field according to business strategies and guidelines

10. Initiating close relationship among contact points of proxy partners to establish constructive sales supporting mechanism with periodic meetings for compensation and sales support activities

Job Requirements

At least Bachelor’s degree

Minimum 5 years marketing and training related experience in insurance companies

Excellent training skill and knowledge of insurance products

Good interpersonal communication and computer skills with MS Office
