Strategic partnerships are a critical driver of Anywhere’s growth. We’re building a high-impact partner ecosystem designed to serve agents, broker-owners, and homebuyers and sellers through best-in-class solutions. As Director of Strategic Partnerships & Corporate Development, you will own a portfolio of these partnerships and help shape the future of our platform by identifying new opportunities, optimizing performance, and delivering real P&L impact.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a portfolio of ~20 strategic partnerships that support the Anywhere agent platform and customer experience
• Develop quantitative business cases, including financial models, KPI frameworks, and ROI analyses to evaluate and prioritize opportunities
• Structure and negotiate complex commercial partnerships that drive adoption and revenue
• Monitor performance of existing partners and lead initiatives to optimize outcomes across the portfolio
• Build and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Product, GTM, and other stakeholders
• Conduct opportunity sizing, evaluate product-market fit, and assess strategic alignment for new partnerships
• Support M&A strategy and diligence as needed

What You Bring

• 4+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, strategic planning, corporate development, or partnerships
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, business case development, and quantitative decision-making
• Experience structuring and managing commercial partnerships within large organizations
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
• Ability to synthesize complex data and communicate clear, actionable insights
• Self-starter mindset with an ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with ecosystem strategy or portfolio operations (e.g. in VC, growth equity, or platform roles)
• Familiarity with SaaS or real estate tech markets
• Exposure to M&A or venture investing
• Experience leading go-to-market strategy initiatives
