Summary: The Rebate Forecasting & Analytics Advisor will perform a range of tasks and analysis in support of rebate modeling and value tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Financial analytic support- provide analytic support for key strategic Supply Chain, Product, and Finance initiatives
• Rebate performance tracking- maintain and update the financial value associated with key strategic initiatives
• Rebate reporting- create, maintain, and distribute macro/micro level rebate reporting
• Work cross functionally to ensure alignment on rates and value
• Maintain rates in the rebate model
• Ad hoc analysis, special projects, and reporting as needed
• Lead and/or assist in documenting best practices/SOPs for rebate modeling procedures
• Work cross functionally to align on rebate rate strategy and intent
• Manage tracking and entry of negotiated rates.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work cross-functionally to collect information and resolve issues
• Ability to handle analysis from issue identification to proposal of potential solutions
• Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently, remain focused and execute work with minimal supervision, able to multi-task effectively.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Offices skills (Word, Excel,), general technical proficiency in other office related tools
• SQL experience a plus
• Excellent quantitative skills and ability to perform mathematical analysis and advanced problem solving.
