BMG Project Coordinator - Organizational Excellence
Directly supports the Bronson Medical Group executive leadership by serving as the lead project coordinator for the advancement of operational excellence across the medical group. The PC will spearhead developing and implementing tools and systems that support BMG provider engagement including, but not limited to, Ambient Listening/AI technology and other associated tools that improve provider and support team efficiencies.
Reporting to the BMG Manager of Operational Excellence and working closely with the BMG executive and operational leaders throughout the practices, the Project Coordinator will help to advance operational excellence, focusing on clinical, administrative, and financial decision-making for BMG, its leaders, providers, and staff. To develop and disseminate analytical solutions, the PC will partner with knowledge experts across Bronson to include IT, BMG Operations, HR, Finance, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
The PC will lead BMG projects to improve the operational efficiency, quality, patient experience, space utilization, and staffing effectiveness of a large, growing medical group practice comprised of over 750 employed providers that generate over 900k annual outpatient encounters and provide inpatient care at Bronson’s four hospitals and associated care locations.
The PC will work closely with BMG’s dyad leadership teams (Directors of Clinical Practice, Directors of Practice Operations, Practice Managers, Managing Physicians, etc.) to evaluate operational efficiency and performance across BMG’s 10 Clinical Practice Councils (CPCs). The Coordinator will collaborate with IT and other key stakeholders to develop and roll out innovative leadership dashboards aligned with Bronson’s Plan for Excellence with a focus on patient experience, access to care, people (retention/recruitment/engagement), quality of care, and growth.
