Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the integration of systems and processes resulting from mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless transition and synergy realization across business units. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing cross-functional projects within a complex enterprise environment, with deep expertise in post-merger integration, business process harmonization, and enterprise systems alignment (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution for acquired entities, with a focus on business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, financial platforms) and operational processes.
  • Develop detailed project plans, integration roadmaps, and status reporting for executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Systems, and Operations teams to align and integrate systems and workflows.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate integration risks and dependencies across business functions.
  • Facilitate change management and communication strategies to support integration efforts.
  • Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and capture expected synergies and cost savings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for integration-related issues during M&A execution.
  • Monitor KPIs to evaluate integration progress and business impact post-close.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and third-party vendors or consultants involved in the integration.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on M&A integration or enterprise transformation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in system migrations, data integration, and business process optimization.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.) and data governance principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving priorities.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in integrating operations of acquired companies across multiple technology areas.
  • Familiarity with post-merger integration tools and frameworks.
  • Background in consulting or corporate development is a plus.

Pay Range (Applicable to California)

$140,000.00 - $160,000.00 dependent on level of experience
