Job Title: Senior Product Designer

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team at Kotak811. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that elevate the overall user experience. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and developers to design and implement user interface solutions for our digital banking platform.

What you will do:

• Own the UI design process from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Create prototypes and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interaction flows.
• Collaborate with UX designers to translate user research and insights into actionable design solutions.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve upon design solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI design, incorporating new ideas and techniques into our design process.
• Mentor and coach junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning within the team.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in UI design for web and mobile applications, preferably in the fintech or banking industry.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
• Experience working in an agile development environment, with a focus on iterative design and rapid prototyping.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of UI design projects, with a strong emphasis on usability, aesthetics, and attention to detail.
