About the role:

  • As a Consulting Manager you will be an essential part of Transformation Management (TM) in Norway, which encompasses the Consulting-led Program Management & Change Management capabilities serving our clients transformation initiatives.
  • You will lead complex transformation projects typically as a Transformation lead / Project Sr. Manager in which you lead cross-functional teams in the planning and successful orchestration of the end-to-end deliverables of Cognizant against objectives. The engagements will range from initial $100k assessments, $500k design projects, then to subsequent $20m multi-year transformation programs.
  • You will need to thrive leading the development of holistic program & change solutions that support the transformative orchestration which are addressing the business impact complexities.
  • You will collaborate to large extent with other consulting practices, service lines, client partners and delivery partners to enable the overall transformational journey. You will in addition not least collaborate with TM practices serving other industries in Norway, across the Nordics or across the Global Growth Markets as a whole.
  • Your contributions will be essential to evolve our growing Norway based TM practice where you are expected to lead the area of platform-driven transformations related for instance to ERP/CRM/HCM.
  • You will report into the Head of Transformation Management in Nordics and be quantitative measured on utilization, as well as qualitative contributions to sales and growth of our Consulting practice.
  • Your management consulting background coupled with experience from leading transformations enabled by digital technology allows you to provide executive level governance reporting/steering and be responsible for driving the execution of expected outcomes including business readiness of the transformative change.
  • Supported by Cognizant Consulting, Designers and Technology experts, you will be responsible for overall transformational deliverables and be central in building trust-based client relationships for future growth. Furthermore, you will support account- and business development and you should be ready to act as bid manager on key opportunities related to Transformation Management.
  • You will work in an entrepreneurial environment where digital expertise is recognized, developed and rewarded, and be part of a fast growing, ambitious team of sharp thinking management consultants as well as from other leading companies.

About You:

  • You have minimum 7-10 years, hands-on experience from Transformation Management Office (TMO) / leading transformational initiatives, with core consulting skills derived from your management consulting background.
  • As such you have experience to lead the integrated planning and execution of required activities, risks/dependencies, and the benefits realization management (BRM).
  • You need an ability to assess the change impact of the operating model, develop and implement change management strategies to navigate the readiness across the operating model dimensions, not least addressing the people-side of change.
  • We are seeking people who are passionate about transformations, who want to make an impact and love working together across Cognizant to deliver flawless results for business-led transformational outcomes enabled by digital. Trusted Advisor in Transformation Management, able to interact at C-levels with core consulting skills derived from your management consulting background.
  • You are used to working with global and regional clients on a senior and preferably executive level. You are experienced in delivering digital transformation programs such as those that are enabled by CRM/ERP platforms, Cloud migrations or M&A Integrations/Carve-outs. It’s essential that you possess the experience from leading consulting engagements that have a transformative business impact enabled by digital technology.
  • You have strong background to drive transformations across industries.
  • You need to be used to Agile / Waterfall methods, while it is also beneficial if you possess experience from driving initiatives in M&A and outsourcing environments. You are fluent in Norwegian as well as English.
