1) Business Development
a) Assimilates, learns and acts upon new information in a manner that generates market share and business growth.

a) Focuses on all aspects of the business-building process, demonstrating personal accountability and commitment to achieve the business objectives.
b) Ensures that Territory understanding and knowledge is high in terms of providing analysis on territory circumstance
c) Responsible for the day to day management of business-generating activities for the territory
d) Provides healthcare professionals with all relevant information that promotes quality healthcare decisions
e) Jointly creates call plan and resource strategies with Area Manager for maximizing top and bottom line results within the competitive market place; successfully implements the call plan, and deploys resource strategies developed with Area Manager on key customers, uses customer and market data to adjust business strategies to maximize
results - monitoring progress and adjusting efforts and activities to exceed goals.
f) Plans and prioritizes territory business building activities and customer targeting and profiling towards achieving agreed business objectives including costs and business potential - especially managing personal time and productivity.
g) Plans and manages personal and business territory needs according to an agreed market development strategy.
h) Plans, implements and supports local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, seminars.

5) Training and Coaching –
