1) Business Development

2) Territory Management

c) Responsible for the day to day management of business-generating activities for the territory

f) Plans and prioritizes territory business building activities and customer targeting and profiling towards achieving agreed business objectives including costs and business potential - especially managing personal time and productivity.

g) Plans and manages personal and business territory needs according to an agreed market development strategy.

h) Plans, implements and supports local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, seminars.

3) Monitoring

a) Supports the requirements of the organization through appropriate

4) Relationship

a) Supports others to achieve shared objectives and appropriately prioritize individual goals to achieve team success.

b) Build a good network with medical associations and primary customers.

c) Ensures understanding of how organization works formally and informally

d) Maintains and develops existing and new customers through appropriate targeting and profiling, planning and implementing appropriate ethical programs and building relevant customer relationship to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer

e) Attends and presents at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.

5) Training and Coaching –

a) May be tapped as a resource person who works with In-house trainees as the need arises

b) Prepares for and actively participates in all required sales conferences and training classes at local and/or remote locations.
