1. Strategic distribution / account planning and profiling, develop annual priorities and action plans for the area.
2. Achievement of sales growth and volume objectives for the area
3. Achievement of business target for the area
4. Achievement of the distributor’s objectives of the area.
5. Managing sales return as per MJN policies.
6. Outlet expansion as per guidance of area manager, monitor the territory in these outlets and take action accordingly.
7. Ensure superior trade execution in terms of merchandising promotion distribution and pricing
8. Monthly submission of work plan
9. Ensure adherence to corporate and departmental policies
10. Develop annual training plan for distributor supervisors and sales personnel.
11. Ensure proper execution of training plans by distributor’s supervisors / managers, their sales personnel.
