Responsibilities

• Work closely with VX-9 aircrew, test engineers, and analysts supporting the operational test of Navy tactical aviation weapons systems.
• Maintain a record of all aircraft hardware, software and flight clearances used during OT&E that will permit both immediate and historical identification of comprehensive aircraft configuration.
• Ensure flight clearance requests are drafted as soon as a new configuration requiring a flight clearance is identified.
• Liaison with VX-9 maintenance to ensure that each aircraft is properly configured for daily test events.
• Will maintain qualitative and quantitative aircrew and analyst questionnaires, maintenance and training survey’s and aircrew and analyst notes.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

• HS diploma

Experience:

• 6-8 Years of recent test & evaluation experience in a Navy maintenance environment.
• Familiar with Operational Test and Evaluation of Navy Weapons Systems.

• Team-oriented self-starter with the ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, resolve conflict in a constructive manner, and produce quality products efficiently
