Your tasks:
- Help customers over the phone with their questions about payments and cards.Occasionally, communicate with clients and teams via email.
- Solve problems, follow company rules, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with teams and partners to ensure smooth processes.
Our requirements:
- Speak and write German (C1) and English (B2/C1).
- Be positive, a team player, and open to learning new things.
- Availability to work on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) for 10h each, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, i.e. 20h of work per week.
Nice to have:
- Experience in customer service- if you don't have any experience, don't be afraid, we will teach you everything.

- Part-time employment contract, with salary: 4100-5100 PLN gross/month: base 2600-3600 PLN gross + language bonus 1500 PLN gross.
