The Role
Lakeside Software is looking for a Principal UX Designer to develop and execute user experience initiatives across Lakeside. This role requires an experienced general practitioner that is skilled in all facets of user experience: ideation, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and user research. This practitioner will have proven success improving complex, technical products to better align end-to-end system workflows with the overall user journey and contextual user needs.
The ideal candidate will relish the opportunity to have a determinant influence in the user experience of a market-leading product. They will appreciate the opportunities afforded to rapidly drive innovation alongside an agile Product team. They are comfortable with high levels of ambiguity and actively influence product direction and team thinking to the benefit of the user.
