Job Description & Summary

A career in our Information Privacy Protection practice, within Cybersecurity and Privacy services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients implement an effective cybersecurity programme that protects against threats, propels transformation, and drives growth. As companies pivot toward a digital business model, exponentially more data is generated and shared among organisations, partners and customers. You’ll play an integral role in helping our clients ensure they are protected by developing transformation strategies focused on security, efficiently integrate and manage new or existing technology systems to deliver continuous operational improvements and increase their cybersecurity investment, and detect, respond, and remediate threats.

Our team helps organisations safeguard critical assets by identifying, prioritising, and protecting sensitive or high value business assets.   • Windows Engineer with experience in major incidents (L2/L3). 2 to 3 years
  • Advanced English level

Desirable

  • MDM: basic knowledge of at least one tool (Intune and Workspace One preferred)
  • PowerShell (read and modify scripts)
  • ITIL (ServiceNow-change and release management)
  • VIP Management

Scope of the role

This role is a within the Engineering team that delivers the Endpoint Experience service to PwC member firms. The Endpoint Experience Service delivers a consistent user experience to all mobile, MAC, Windows and VDIs to PwC staff. This role will have a specific focus on resolving complex support issues and ensuring high quality changes aredelivered using internally defined processes.

The successful candidate must have prior experience in supporting Windows 10 and 11.
