As Director of Pricing Strategy & Monetization, you’ll be responsible for ZoomInfo’s monetization strategy and executing on key pricing initiatives. This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role, with a scope including: determining pricing and packaging models for innovative new products, standing up a new deal-desk function, improving pricing discipline across the sales organization, and generating insights to drive operational improvements.

This role reports to SVP, Go-to-Market Strategy. The GTM Strategy team’s scope is leading strategy, growth initiatives, and analytics for ZoomInfo’s Revenue organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and develop our pricing and packaging strategy – how we monetize, how we phase in new products, how we bundle, and how we compete in evolving competitive space.
• Build out a deal desk function to create rigor and accountability around pricing for our sales organization. Create field guidance, scalable automated processes, and become a trusted advisor and resource for sales leadership.
• Leverage analytical insights and seller input to identify gaps and opportunities for our pricing execution. Build solutions - from tools, to process automation, to large deal oversight.
• Lead change management efforts to implement and enable strategies covered above.
• Drive strategic initiatives related to and outside of pricing - take on large cross-functional projects with high impact to the Revenue organization.

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of experience in pricing strategy, sales operations, or related Go-to-Market roles with strategic and analytical focus
• Experience in management consulting preferred, but not required
• Experience managing or working on deal desk function desirable, but not required
• Strong analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and collaborative workstyle required

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.

$200,000—$275,000 USD
