The Gig

We're looking for a Digital Designer to join our team in Phoenix. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a broad spectrum of client engagements, ranging from major global corporations to smaller, developing businesses. You will be responsible for developing creative deliverables that effectively address strategic challenges. On any given day this could range from digital ad creative, to promotional eBooks, to web designs. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams — including account managers, strategists, paid-media analysts, and developers — making strong communication and teamwork skills essential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop, iterate, and execute creative assets for digital platforms, including ads, social media, email, and website.
• Design static marketing content, such as images and graphics, scaled efficiently to meet platform and localization requirements.
• Create animated HTML5 ads for digital advertising platforms.
• Adhere to client brand standards/guides, ensuring the usability, consistency, relevance, and functionality of the finished product
• Present creative concepts to clients

About You

• Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines consistently across all digital touchpoints. Understanding how to visually represent a brand's identity and messaging.
• Proficiency in creating various digital assets, including social media graphics, banner ads, email templates, infographics, presentations, and potentially some basic print materials.
• Figma is our design tool of choice, but experience in Sketch, XD, Adobe Creative Suite, or other prototyping and interaction tools are also useful
• Experience with Google Web Designer is a plus
• Awareness of design principles that can influence user behavior and drive conversions
• A basic understanding of user experience (UX) and user-centered design (UCD)
• Knowledge of how to optimize images for the web (formats, file sizes)
• An understanding of typography, image manipulation and various illustration techniques
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and engage in constructive feedback
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Passion for, and attention to, detail. Sometimes every pixel matters.
• A flexible approach and willingness to adapt ideas to the needs of clients
